Keel dry hanging system

The birth of the dragon-keel hanging system has completely revolutionized the traditional logic of custom construction. Originating from architectural curtain wall technology, this system uses high-strength aluminum alloy keels as its framework, employing a patented snap-lock mechanism to "suspend" and securely fix aluminum-wood composite panels onto walls or ceilings—enabling a fully "board-free and adhesive-free" installation process from start to finish.

Aluminum-wood composite profiles

Made from a combination of aluminum alloy and wood. Under meticulous craftsmanship, wood and aluminum each demonstrate strong performance. They become raw materials for production and processing that offer excellent outdoor weather resistance, indoor decorative appeal, and outstanding energy-saving insulation.

Aluminum Honeycomb Composite Process

Aluminum-wood composite panels are made by laminating aluminum panels veneered with wood onto aluminum honeycomb panels. They combine the warm touch and natural texture of wood veneer with the moisture-proof, mildew-resistant, fire-resistant, deformation-resistant, lightweight, and environmentally friendly properties of the panels.

Extra-long special plate manufacturing process

Metal Inlay Craftsmanship

In the Team Ladder Metal Processing Department, craftsmen use seamless inlay techniques, 45-degree miter joints, and pure hand inlay, resulting in tighter joints.

Wood veneer inlaid pattern matching and color matching technique

Artisans skillfully use various types of exquisite, natural wood veneers, meticulously cutting and arranging them into intricate artistic patterns. Large panels showcase wood veneers with crisp, well-defined grain patterns, consistent wood tones, and a naturally seamless, harmonious texture.

We have overcome the technical challenges of integrating multiple styles and materials—such as wood grilles, colored woodwork, and glass cabinets—by employing precision cutting and eco-friendly processes to achieve seamless transitions and sustainable, health-conscious installations across diverse woodwork applications.

Facing the high-precision construction challenges of intricate European-style woodwork—such as Roman columns, curved moldings, and spiral staircases—we deliver millimeter-precise custom solutions.
